WAS IST NEU? / WHAT'S NEW?

Eigentlich ist alles neu. Die Homepage GERMANFT wurde Ende Februar 2000 neu ins Internet gebracht und ist jetzt endgültig fertiggestellt. Dies bedeutet nicht, daß sie immer so bleibt, wie sie ist. Ich hatte 8 Wochen vor dem Erscheinen noch keinen blassen Schimmer wie man eine Internetseite herstellt. Das sieht man, denn GERMANFT ist sicherlich nicht professionell. Das soll es auch nicht unbedingt sein, denn nicht Design, sondern Information steht im Vordergrund. Dies bedeutet nicht, daß sich nicht irgendwann das Design ändern wird, wenn ich noch mehr über das "Seitenbasteln" gelernt habe. Einzelne Rubriken werden natürlich auch von Zeit zu Zeit auf den neuesten Stand gebracht. Folgende Unterseiten sind neu hinzugekommen oder wurden mit neuen Bildern und Inhalten ausgestattet:

Links ist eine exzentrische 5-Schuß-Gruppe abgebildet, die ich am 31. Mai d. J. mit meiner Remington 700 im Kaliber 0.308 Win auf 100 m auf einen 2,5 cm-Miracle-Spot geschossen habe. Es war keine Kunst, Plastik und Papier zu perforieren. In der Mitte sieht man hingegen das Loch, das ein unbekannter Schütze mit einem 0.50 BMG-Gewehr durch eine 10 mm dicke Stahlplatte gestanzt hat. Da gehört schon mehr dazu! Wichtig ist hierbei: dieses exzentrische Loch ist das Charakteristikum des rechts gezeigten "VISIER-VOLLTREFFERS", der jährlich von dem Internationalen Waffenmagazin VISIER an ausgewählte Personen für (Zitat) "Risikobereitschaft, Innovationsgeist und Einsatzwille im Waffenbereich" vergeben wird. Ich habe diesen stählernen VOLLTREFFER am 5. Juni d. J. als Anerkennung für mein "Gestrampele" zur Einführung des FTS in Deutschland erhalten und ich teile ihn mit allen unermüdlichen Mitstreitern. Da kommt Freude auf!
Außerdem ist neu, daß GERMANFT in den sog. FIELD TARGET WEBRING eingebunden, in den man sich auf der Startseite einwählen kann.
In principle everything is new. The homepage GERMANFT was launchet into the internet at the end of February 2000 and is completed now. This does not mean, however, that it remains for ever in the current stage. Eight weeks before launch I did not know at all how to produce a webpage. This can be obviously recognized because GERMANFT is far from being professional. This is, however, not absolutely necesary because information and not design stands in the foreground. This does not mean that the design might not be changed in the future when I learned a little bit more about "pagemaking". Single subpages will be updated from time to time. The following came in newly or were changed within the last time:

In the left picture an excentrical 5-hit-group is shown which I shot with my 0.308 Win Remington 700 at May, 31rst, 2000 on a distance of 100 m into a 1-inch miracle dot. It was not very difficult to perforate the plastic and the paper. In the middle the hole is shown which was punched by an unknown shooter through a 10 mm steel sheet with a 0.50 BMG rifle. This action demanded plenty of power! The real important thing is, however, that this hole is also excentrical and that it is the characteristic of the "VISIER FULL HIT" which is shown in the right picture. The VISIER FULL HIT is annually distributed by the International Weapons Magazine VISIER as an award to selected persons which exhibited (citation) "risk-readiness, innovative spirit and readiness for use in the field of weapons". I received this award at June, 6th, 2000 for my efforts to establish FTS in Germany and I share it with my never-tired brothers in arms. This is a reason for true pleasure!
